Grace Note Piano Studio and Music Together by Grace Note exist to provide quality music education for children, to help them develop their musical gifts.

Originally my studio's name was Kelly Parker Music. I founded it in 2007, offering in-home music lessons to students in Sunnyside and Astoria, Queens. Later I expanded to serve Elmhurst, Midtown Manhattan and the Upper East Side. In 2012, I planted my studio in the Sunnyside/Woodside neighborhood of Queens and gave it a new name, Grace Note Piano Studio. Several years later, in 2016, St. John's Lutheran Church expanded the musical opportunities available for the Cedar Valley by opening its doors to host my studio.

Why Grace Note?

I love Jesus Christ. He made the ultimate sacrifice, laying down his life to rescue sinners. My life is marked by God’s grace and I want to acknowledge Him. It is by His grace that I was able to open the studio, obtain my beautiful instrument and have the musical gifts and passion to work with children.

Grace Note Piano Studio & Music Together by Grace Note support the work of Children's Heart Project. Part of the profits is donated to help provide life-saving surgery to children with congenital heart defects. Together with the generous support of our families we have raised money and other needed items for not only CHP but also Compassion International, Northeast Iowa Foodbank, Hearst Center for the Arts, Cedar Bend Humane Society and Alternatives Pregnancy Center in Waterloo.
